Shipping
To provide the best possible service we ship our orders by parcel post with track & trace code via PostNL. Shipping costs are always free, even when you return an order.
Delivery
If ordered on weekdays before 17:00 you will receive your order the next day in most cases. For weekend orders, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.
Returns
It is possible that you want to return a product. This can be done with us within thirty days after the expiration of the cooling off period, without giving any reason. You have thirty days to report the return and from the time of reporting fourteen days to return the order.
Follow the steps below to make the return process as smooth as possible:
- Report your return at support@isaymedical.com.
- You will receive return instructions by email from us.
- Drop off your package at a post office of your choice or have it picked up at a time of your choosing. Return costs are at your expense.
- We will refund the purchase price within ten working days after receipt.
