2. Eligibility To purchase on this site you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; (b) register on the site; and (c) hold a valid debit/credit card or other accepted payment method.

3. Prices All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of delivery charges.

5. Reselling Products are for personal use only. Reselling is not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel orders we believe violate these terms.

6. Online Orders Orders are placed by completing the checkout process. We confirm receipt by email — this is not an order acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch. To cancel after dispatch, contact support@medicalbrands.com. We may decline orders due to stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud or pricing errors.

7. Payment We accept credit/debit cards, iDEAL and other local payment methods. Payment is subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

8. Title to Goods Ownership passes to you upon delivery. If a refund is issued, ownership reverts to us.

9. Risk of Loss Risk passes to you upon delivery.

10. Delivery Delivery timescales are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
